Lady Bay Resort’s luxury spa apartments command mesmerising views of the robust Southern Ocean crash along limestone cliff faces of the Ocean Bays of Warrnambool. The apartments are located in the main complex of the venue (above the reception and restaurant area) and range from levels 1 through to level 4. The apartments are fully self-contained and generously spacious, all featuring balconies so you can breathe in that crisp Southern Ocean air. Please keep in mind that our apartments are self-catering and are not serviced daily, although if you require extra amenities just pop down to reception and our staff will happily refill your needs.

One bedroom luxury spa apartment apartments – sleeps 2 persons: 1 x queen bed
Our one bedroom luxury spa apartments are very generous in size, featuring a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining and lounge area with a sofa bed for an optional 3rd person at an additional cost and concealed laundry facilities. The lounge and dining area is completed with a balcony offering lovely views of our natural robust surrounds. The apartments are above the reception and restaurant area and range from levels 1 through to level 4. The master bedroom is located through sliding doors and features a comfortable queen sized bed, desk and floor to ceiling robes. The large separate bathroom is located just off the master bedroom and features a shower over corner spa bath. The master bedroom is complete with a second balcony.
Two bedroom luxury spa apartments – sleeps 4 persons: 2 x queen bed or 1 x queen bed & 2 x singles
Our two bedroom luxury spa apartments are also very generous in size, featuring a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a concealed laundry, and dining and lounge area with a sofa bed for an optional 5th person at an additional cost. The majority of the two bedroom luxury spa apartments feature interconnecting doors (one bedroom luxury spa apartment that connects with a one bedroom luxury studio room), that allows for two bathrooms (one with a shower over the corner spa bath and one with a walk-in shower) and three balconies overlooking the Southern Ocean & Merri River wetlands. Both bedrooms offer a comfortable queen sized bed or the option of having one queen bed and 2 x single beds. Our remaining two bedroom luxury spa apartments are open planned and feature all of the fabulous features as above, yet the bedrooms are in the one apartment and the apartment features one bathroom with a rectangle spa bath. The apartments are above the reception and restaurant area and range from levels 1 through to level 4.
Three bedroom luxury spa apartments – sleeps 6 persons: 3 x queen bed or 2 x queen & 2 x singles
Our large contemporary three bedroom luxury spa apartment offers the ultimate escape and comfort for your stay in Warrnambool. The open planned designed space features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances adjacent with a comfortable dinning and lounge area, featuring a sofa bed for an additional 7th person at an additional cost. The kitchen, lounge and dining area open up to a large wrap around balcony with incredible views of the magnificent Southern Ocean and beautiful ocean bays of Warrnambool. The bedrooms are spacious inclusive of plush and pleasant queen sized beds (the option of two single beds in the third bedroom) and floor to ceiling robes. This generous space includes a main bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate spa bath. An opulent bathroom to the master bedroom features a shower over a corner spa bath. Our three bedroom luxury spa apartments are also available in an interconnecting layout. The connection is a two bedroom open planned luxury spa apartment and a studio room featuring disabled facilities.
