The venue includes 65 apartments in one, two and three bedroom capactities and 13 hotel studio rooms, full on-site restaurant, conferencing rooms, day spa, gymnasium, seasonally heated outdoor pool and games room. Our venue has hosted many corporate events such as workshops, training seminars, retreats, product launches and private private dinners. We are adaptable to the needs of the client & your guests whether it be dietary or room set-up, our offering is of a high quality and we strive to provide our guests with modern facilities and fantastic service and newly updated state of the art audio / visual system.

Our free WiFi, which is available throughout the property, also extends into the function room & restaurant for your guests to access easily. Not to mention amply, easily accessible and free parking.

Our contemporary function room can accommodate up to 120 guests for a formal sit-down affair or 160 cocktail style. For smaller events we can split this space into two separate areas via moveable acoustic panelling. This also enables larger groups to divide into separate areas if required. Lady Bay

Resort’s lounge area and/or restaurant is the perfect space for breakouts and lunch service. If you require a larger space, we also offer exclusive use of the whole venue which allows up to 150 guests sit-down or 300 standing (Minimum spend requirements do exist for this option).
